Wooden Post Install

Post is built and supplied by Brooks Brothers Installations.
No digging is required. Upright is nailed to bars in ground.
Post is painted top to bottom with high gloss latex.
Sign is secured by the top and side by heavy duty metal hooks

Metal Frame Install

Frame is supplied by the agent or broker.
All frames are labeled with agent or brokers name.
Frames are stored with signs and riders attached.
As frames age and rust, they are repainted same colour with rust-proof paint.

Raised Post Install

Post is raised above any obstructions.
Prevents fences, hedges and landscaping from blocking your sign.
Post (or frame) may be elevated to give clearances of up to 8 ft!

Freestanding Post

For concrete yards and parking pads where no soil is present.
Giving you exposure where you thought none was possible.
No digging, no damage.

For concrete yards and parking pads where no soil is present.

Wall Sign

Sign is installed directly to wall using Tapcon ™ bolts with washers.
Height is restricted to third story level unless access to the roof is made available.
All fastening points are guaranteed.

Standoff Wall Sign

Two signs are "boxed" and attached to wall.
Back edge is attached to wall, front edge is supported by cables.
Extremely visible to passing traffic.

Banner Sign

Sign is attached to wall using Tapcon ™ bolts and washers.
Each grommet hole is utilized to prevent banner being damaged by winds.
Height is restricted to third story level unless access to the roof is made available.
All fastening points are guaranteed.

ICI Install On Posts

Commercial, industrial and agricultural applications.
Signs are screwed to posts with plywood backing (if necessary) and braced accordingly.
Uprights are painted to compliment signs (typically white).
Posts can be mounted to ground spikes or augured in with concrete.

Billboard Signs

Signs are screwed into 2x4 ribbing across uprights.
Timber uprights are typically 6x6 for added strength and stability.
Augured in with concrete and bracing.
Can also be installed in a two sided manner with cables providing support.

Custom Signs

Will work with clients to come up with innovative display ideas.
Design ideas may include finials, gingerbread, and custom paint.
Signs may be hung, mounted or suspended from structure.
Usually a permanent installation and would require concrete footings.
